    Do I need to pay to sign up?

    No. Signing up is free and we do not ask for any payment details.

    Where is the sample taken?

    At a collection point near you, or at home with a kit, depending on the test. We organise everything beforehand and explain what you need to know.

    Are you doctors?

    No. We organise the sample and support you through the process. The tests show values in your blood, but they do not give a diagnosis. A doctor should interpret them.

    Which test should I choose?

    In general, the simpler tests are a good starting point and the more complete ones include more markers. See the list for each test and, if in doubt, talk to a doctor.

    Can I do the test at home?

    Some tests come with a home kit, using a finger prick. Others need a blood sample from a vein, taken by a professional. Each test page shows the options.

    What happens after I send my details?

    Our team organises the sample and gets in touch by the WhatsApp number or email you gave.

    Do the tests replace a doctor's appointment?

    No. If you have symptoms or concerns about your health, talk to your GP.
